Sovannaphum Life Assurance Plc – is insurance company with financial strength and trust – kicked off the new year with a motivational event held under the theme of “One Vision One Success in 2025.”
The company organized the annual meeting on January 11, 2025, at Dara Airport Hotel, Phnom Penh, with the participation of more than 200 employees from across the country. The event aimed to celebrate the New Year and guide employees in aligning their work with the company’s strategies and objectives. The meeting highlighted the action plans for achieving set goals for each team in 2025.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Loke Kah Meng, Chief Executive Officer of Sovannphum Life, stated: “It Never Gets Easier, You Just Get Better.” We must all share the same mission and goals to achieve results in the next 12 months.”
He further added, “Our commitment and strategic planning will motivate us to meet our goals for 2025. At the same time, we firmly believe that working with a shared mission and clear goals will deliver outstanding results and contribute positively to society, while also providing life insurance products to Cambodian families.”
During the event, Sovannphum Life presented certificates of appreciation to over 67 outstanding employees, including those recognized as Champion of the Year, Top Performer of the Year, and recipients of the 5-Year Loyalty Award. These honorees included individual insurance agents and bancassurance employees working at partner bank branches nationwide.
Other achievements highlighted during the event included the Women Run 10K, organized in collaboration with the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, and donations to two primary schools. Additionally, Sovannphum Life organized the “Family Fun Bike” event on Koh Pich, Phnom Penh, raising a total of $7,300 USD from sponsors to support underprivileged children in Cambodia.
