On 14 January 2024, Sovannaphum Life, a leading life insurance company in Cambodia, is proud to announce the adoption of its new corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at supporting underprivileged children across the country. The initiative, named “Sovannaphum Life for Cambodian Children,” is focused on providing assistance and opportunities to Cambodian children in need.
As a responsible corporate entity, Sovannaphum Life firmly believes in giving back to the communities such as 2 desktops and 1 printer to the Phum O Primary School in Siem Reap province so It will help teachers to do their job easily and make more productivity. Moreover, Sovannphum Life donated study materials for the 496 students, 3 Parasols, and souvenirs for the 19 teachers.
Under the Sovannaphum Life for Cambodian Children initiative, the company has committed to supporting programs that have benefits for Cambodian children and schools. This includes schools dedicated to education, healthcare, nutrition programs, ensuring children maintain good health and overall well-being. This donation happened to the school because of its annual charity event of Sovannaphum Life the “Family Fun Bike 2023” at Koh Pich City, Phnom Penh, and was aimed at raising funds for Cambodian children in need.
